FSEA Elections are held every three years. The January 2025 AGM marks three years, so it’s time to elect your next Executive Committee. Nominations are now open!
Available Positions
- President
- Member at Large — up to 4 positions for Unit 1
- Member at Large — up to 4 positions for Unit 2
- Treasurer — we are actively looking for someone to fill this role
The roles of Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Chief Steward will be assigned after the election based on elected members’ skills and fit.
Key Dates
- Nomination deadline: December 13, 2024
- Candidates announced: Early January 2025
- Voting: Before the AGM
- Results announced: At the AGM (3rd Wednesday of January 2025)
Commitment Expected
Executive members are expected to dedicate approximately 4–5 hours per month to their responsibilities and commit to serving a full three-year term.
How to Nominate
Nominations can be submitted online (via QR code on posters) or by paper — seal in an envelope and deliver via campus mail to Mike Framst, Level 0. Each nomination must include the nominator’s name, a second nominator, the nominee’s name and email, their unit, and the position being nominated for.
